Fleet Management

Fuel Monitoring and Management System (FMMS) is an end-to-end hardware and software eco system for monitor and manage fuel distribution network in anytime from anywhere and analyze the information to,

Improve the productivity
• Reduce the product wastage
• Planning the Orders/Pre-Orders
• Improve the Quality of the Product
• Winning the customers

Fuel Bowsers

At each node there is an electronic system called Node Controlling Unit (NCU) which is capable of measuring various parameters real time and transmit to the centralized network. The parameters that are measured in bowsers are as follows,

• Fuel level of the tanks
• Water contamination levels
• Fuel dispense amount of each pump
• Fuel temperature profile
• GPS location
• Detect and alarm any occurrences of fire
• In addition, NCU records video of security camera

Fuel Boats/Barges/Vessels

The parameters that are measured in boats/barges/tankers are as follows
• Fuel level of each product of each compartment
• Water contamination levels of each compartment
• Fuel dispense amount of each pump
• fuel temperature profile of each compartment
• GPS location
• Detect and alarm any occurrences of fire
In addition, NCU recodes video of security camera

Stationary Tanks

The parameters that are measured in tanks are as follows,

• Fuel level of each product of each tank
• Water contamination levels of each tank
• Fuel dispense amount of each pump
• fuel temperature profile of each tank
• Detect and alarm any occurrences of fire

In addition, NCU recodes video of security camera
